Inspired spearheaded a comprehensive environmental remediation effort in Wood- Ridge, New Jersey, to develop a new train station and public plaza in partnership with NJTransit, now serving as the centerpiece of a 70-acre Traditional Neighborhood Design development. The site, formerly home to the Curtiss-Wright manufacturing plant, was redeveloped to create a mix of housing, retail and community facilities. In addition, we leveraged its significant environmental experience to mitigate this brownfield sites.

Every building within the former industrial site is situated within walking distance of the new train station, establishing a connected and walkable community. Flanked by new, high quality apartments and townhomes developed by AvalonBay Communities and Pulte homes, Wesmont Station is now one of the region’s foremost pedestrian-oriented communities
