The Glassworks transforms a historic glass factory into a magnetic “Main Street,” featuring residences, retail, and open green space in Aberdeen Township, NJ.
Located adjacent to the region’s transit corridors, The Glassworks creates a vibrant “Main Street” on what was once an abandoned industrial site in Aberdeen Township, NJ. The 55-acre plot’s approved plans include 540 new residential units – 110 of which are designated as affordable – along with a 110-room hotel and 75,000 square feet of retail space, including a boutique movie theater. Additionally, the development accounts for ample open space, including Glassworks Park, a 2-acre public park displaying the brick stacks from the original factory onsite. The project is part of Inspired’s mission to repurpose history-rich properties that have outlived their usefulness, transforming them into thoughtful and sustainable destinations for the region.
The Glassworks breathes life and brings vibrancy to what was once an abandoned industrial site.
