Elevated living in a transit-oriented, walkable community

Wright Place is one of the residential components of the overall Wesmont Station Redevelopment Plan. Years in the making, the Plan is repurposing the old Curtiss Wright Aircraft Facility located in Wood-Ridge, NJ. Wright Place was developed in concert with Highpoint Development, led by Paul Schneier.

Wright Place sits at the highest point of Wesmont Station, and its current community consists of 54 elegant townhomes, specifically designed for the community by renowned north Jersey architect, Robert Zampolin. The units include 2,250 square feet, with 4 distinct three-story models to choose from. Wright Place boasts twenty four foot-wide townhomes, with front and rear access, and upscale features and finishes, including large windows, dramatic staircases, and hardwood floors. This transit-oriented development was created as a human-centric destination for the new urbanists with its walkable layout, including rear alleys, pocket parks, and more.

Voted New Jersey Builders Association Community of the Year in 2017.
